[TYPO3-templavoila] INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT inside of templavoila_framework skin

Hello List,

I try to use the INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT for the templavoila_framework skin
path. There is the Constants {$templavoila_framework.skinPath} but I
fail to include my TS file. I tried following:

Not working:
<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:
{$templavoila_framework.skinPath}typoscript/header.ts">

working:
<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:
fileadmin/templates/skins/sprachreisen/typoscript/header.ts">
