[TYPO3-templavoila] generateContent includes JS and CSS from extensions on every page

Good Morning Ron,

Thanks for your answers and your workaround. For the moment I just
take an ext:Template for each side, where a JS Contentelement is
inside generatedContent. Thanks for your workaround, ill keep it in
mind for future project.

Hopefully this issue will get solved by the TV itself sometime :)
