[TYPO3-templavoila] Rereference Elements

Hello Tolleiv,
i still see this as a bug.
Perhaps it would be possible to solve it as following:
1. reference as it is done currently
2. assume, that deeper nested ce's are the more specific ones and
remove the ce's on toplevel
Due to the fact, that the be-module knows what elements are used atleast
2 times, i think that would be working solution.
