[TYPO3-templavoila] Sections: deleting is not possible

Hi there

We have a FCE with sections (a staff list: persons with images, title, 
function, email ..). If we delete a person and save, the deleted person 
is still there after saving. Ad a new person is working. But deleting a 
person not.

Systeminformation: TYPO3 4.4.9 with Templavoila 1.3.7
Updated to Templavoila 1.4.4 -> still the same problem

Can someone help me?
