well that's how this is supposed to work

To replace TemplaVoila styles completly with your own styles you can use:
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.stylesheet = ../fileadmin/backend.css

To add your own styles without loosing the official TemplaVoila styles 
you can use:
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.stylesheet.backendModified = 
../fileadmin/backend.css
