[TYPO3-templavoila] Templavoila drag and drop feature within a template block

Hello Team, 

Is there is any way to configure the pagecontent drag and drop feature 
within the template Field.? 

We are already having "<enableDragDrop>0</enableDragDrop>" configuration 
to enable/disable this feature on any field on template. 
Using this if we enable, the content can be moved from one block to 
another block. ex. the center block content can be moved to right side 
block content. 
This is what i want to restrict. 
So i am expecting the content can be drag and drop ( or move up and down 
in FE ) only with in Template block. 

I am using Templavoila :1.5.1
Typo3 : 4.4.2

Can any one help?
