I moved this topic to typo3.projects.v4 - let's see what kind of 
feedback we get there. I'll add the required call to the TemplaVoila 
trunk as soon as I know that it is necessary with 4.5.

Btw. simply adding the calls for TemplaVoila didn't success in two of my 
installations (loading-order of extensions might be relevant) - I'd 
prefer to get an "official" statement before I start spending time on that.
