[TYPO3-templavoila] No context menu entry in file list?

Hi all,

first thanks for the great work on templavoila!

I seem to still suffer from: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=11676
as I cannot see the context menu entry in file list. Luckily I am on a 
server with different PHP versions to choose from. So 5.3.3 and 5.3.2 
didn't work, but 5.2.12 works. Would you reopen the issue or should I 
create a new one? Happy to test any patch, just drop me a line.

And additionally I have a little feature request, I would even try to 
create a patch for that myself if you are interested in bringing this 
in. I would like to have the field name transferred to the TS object 
path if creating a template object field. So eg. I create a new field 
"field_logo" and use Element Preset "TypoScript Object Path" the object 
path could be prefilled with "lib.logo" or if catering for people that 
delete the "field_" prefix even use the full fieldname -> 
"lib.field_logo" instead of the current default lib.myObject. That way 
you could skip that step if you use such a naming scheme.
