[TYPO3-templavoila] crawler 3.1.2 and busynoggin framework

hello list

when I try to test the crawler 3.1.2 from cli like so:

/srv/www/vhosts/myproject.com/httpdocs/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh crawler

I get the following warning:

the error referrs to this line of code

require_once(t3lib_extMgm::extPath('templavoila_framework') . 
'class.tx_templavoilaframework_skinselector.php');

being a sitebuilder and not a coder I searched the web without any 
success :( ... any help is highly appreciated.
