[TYPO3-templavoila] Add some TS to TV template

Is there a way to add some TS code to a TV template itself? I'm not 
talking about TS in CE but really at the TO level.

You could then do some cleaning at the page level, add a different 
footer relative to the TO chosen.

Using conditions to do the same is a bit too cumbersome... Even harder 
if you want to play with sub-pages...
