Hi,

I would like to get info for each of points hereafter, knowing if

1) is possible and how
2) is known to be possible in near future (eg. with trunk or patch 
available)
3) is known not to be possible at all (I mean no patch, already tried, 
complicated to implement, ...)


- Prevent non-admin (or better a group) to add/remove content to a page 
but allow existing content to be edited only (even restrict changing 
hide setting)

- Prevent a specific FCE on a given page from being deleted (but same 
FCE on another page would be allowed). Use case is a pre-configured 
homepage should have its layout stay as-this for instance

- When having a FCE that provides multiple CE area (multiple columns of 
content), locking some area from having new CE added, or existing from 
being removed

- Same a before but prevent some plugin from being edited.
