Yes Steffen, this is right!
In my Typoscript Object Browser i see:

+plugin
	- tx_staticinfotables_pi1

That's all and tx_cssstyledcontent is not mentioned.
I rechecked again if tx_cssstyledcontent is included in my page 
template, and in the multi selectbox i see both selected:

tx_staticinfotables_pi1 and tx_cssstyledcontent

How could this be? What did i miss?
