[TYPO3-templavoila] When copying a page, CEs sometimes are referenced instead of getting a copy

Hi all,

I have a problem in one of our TYPO3 installations which is not 
reproducable and happens only "sometimes".

If an editor copies a page normally the corresponding content elements 
are also copied. But sometimes they are only inserted as references.

We use TYPO3 4.2.9 and TV 1.3.7.

Any ideas?
