[TYPO3-templavoila] Backend Forms for FCEs

Hey guys,
I just had a coworker ask me about start/stop dates and frontend groups 
for FCEs.  I would assume there's no technical reason these fields are 
not enabled, right?

It seems to me that using the same tab structure as other tt_content 
elements would be a small usability win that would make FCEs feel more 
like part of the core TYPO3 functionality.  As part of this, the Access 
tab and its fields could be added.

Any thoughts?
