[TYPO3-templavoila] New TV extension to bind FCE and columns

Not tested(!) but I liked the description:

This extension extends Templavoila and allows you to limit the creation 
of content according to the area in which the user wishes to create. You 
can configure it with TypoScript , your configuration is also taken into 
account at the level of copy / cut and paste.

This extension also adds new features like :

- drag and drop , with the possibility of the limit between the areas
   of content

- page layout view of fields filled for new types of content you
   created.
