[TYPO3-templavoila] templavoila version 1.4.1

I found some more bugs:

- a mapped element of type "Element" still shows the HTML-path, after it has 
been changed to "not mapped"

- Checkbox "Pass content through htmlSpecialChars (HSC)", modifications will 
not be saved
