[TYPO3-templavoila] Meta Charset rendered twice in header

Yes and the point of being able to check body is not to have it twice but to be able to "copy" its attribute to the TYPO3 generated body tag. The header selector from TV is a tool that you should 
understand. I don't see either the point of adding special handling of charset metatag. You have to understand how it works and now you know.

For instance, I always have at least two tags that I never check, these are the charset metatag and a special tag I created to hold the SVN id ($Id: ...$) that I definitively do not need when 
rendering the final page for my website but that I are useful when designing the layout outside of TYPO3.
