[TYPO3-templavoila] Meta Charset rendered twice in header

Hi Steffen,

I understand. This is definitely a minor issue not worth wasting time 
on. But as I said there seems to be a special treatment for the body 
tag. It is not doubled if checked in the TV template mapping dialog. 
(Would be funny to have <body> twice... ;)
