[TYPO3-templavoila] AOE Linkhandler in FCE Linkfield

Just stumbled upon the same issue today. In TER is a rather old version 
(0.3.1.) of linkhandler. In forge you can find various newer versions 
(up till 1.0.4). I tried the trunk version and it worked fine with FCE 
link fields.
Also the FE rendering was broken and this is also fixed correctly in 
trunk version.
