[TYPO3-templavoila] how to repeat fce on every page

Hi all,

I am working on my first templa voilà project. I am facing different
problems like this one: I create a fce for my footer, and add it as page
content of the root page. The footer should be the same for all pages, but i
see nothing.  How can i repeat the fce automatically on other pages?
