[TYPO3-templavoila] Sliding Content

Hi,

initially the sliding feature was on our wish-list for 1.5. But due to 
Steffen's involvement in TYPO3 4.5 he won't have enough time left to get 
this done and I decided to concentrate on other improvements which I 
found more relevant. Therefore kb_tv_cont_slide is still the suggested 
way to have sliding with TemplaVoila.
