[TYPO3-templavoila] Trunk 36370 and TYPO3 4.4.1 compatible?

Is TYPO3 4.4.1 compatible with the revision 36370 of templavoila?
It is showing this exception:

Uncaught TYPO3 Exception
#1273409810: Argument was supposed to be either a uid or a filename

InvalidArgumentException thrown in file
/var/www/html/typo44/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/classes/
class.tx_templavoila_datastructureRepository.php in line 47.

I think that this error is generated when the page comes from the cache 
cause it works after clearing the cache but not throws the exception in 
the next reload
