[TYPO3-templavoila] header in printpage

Hi,

I tried to create print versions for pages in my site following the 
tutorial in futuristic template building.

I created a TO for my printversion, made it a subtemplate, printer 
friendly version and pointed it to the DS of the page.

The printlink works. It shows the print page I specified. However it is 
missing the header and footer details. There is no <html> tag and there 
are no stylesheets. It shows only the "mapped" content.

What am I missing?
