[TYPO3-templavoila] TV-Page Module, "Show Outline" for Non-Admin users

Hi Dmitry,

I am still searching for a way to show that option for non admin users. 
"Show outline" is just not showing up for normal editors. See this 
screen shot:

Is there a way to do it?
