[TYPO3-templavoila] Hide standardtemplate for editors

Hi - no afaik there's no way to hide it. And from a technical
perspective there's also no need to hide it because these two buttons
serve a different purpose.

If you use the first one you won't apply any TV-Template settings to
your page - therefore your page will inherit the template-settings from
it's parent page(s).

The second button will write the settings for this template to your page
- so there's no inheritance or anything else used because the page
itself has a setting of it's own.

The difference between the two buttons is the maintainability - if you
want to change the page-templates throughout the entire site/pages
you've to find all pages with a TV-template setting and you'll have to
change them. If you / your editors used the second button all the time
all your pages have their own template-settings which makes it hard to
maintain it at all.

And that's why you don't want to remove this button ;)

Best regards,
Tolleiv
