[TYPO3-templavoila] Problem with RTE in FCE and section

Hi,

i have a problem with rte when using bold/italic etc.
After saving the <> are removed.
If i use RTE in normal Text element all works fine.

There is no HSC in XML, code of RTE is

<TypoScript><![CDATA[
10 = TEXT
10.current = 1
10.parseFunc = < lib.parseFunc_RTE
]]></TypoScript>

any idea what could cause this problem?
