typoscript works now;

I think it didn't worked before - or I didn't tested it but TCE-Form 
Configuration isn't saved with latest svn.

it again always goes back to the default:
<type>select</type>
<items type="array">
	<numIndex index="0" type="array">
		<numIndex index="0"></numIndex>
		<numIndex index="1"></numIndex>
	</numIndex>
	<numIndex index="1" type="array">
		<numIndex index="0">Value 1</numIndex>
		<numIndex index="1">Value 1</numIndex>
	</numIndex>
	[...]
</items>
<default>0</default>

maybe same typo but different place? :D
