[TYPO3-templavoila] create copy of fce in other language

so there is no way to get this "create copy... " link for FCE's?

For the rest it seems that with <langDisable>1</langDisable> for the FCE
the handling is the same as with normal CE's with
<langDisable>1</langDisable>.
