[TYPO3-templavoila] constants in Templavoila

Hi,
Yes i'm 100% sure - it's in the Setup field.
It doesn't work (T3 Version 4.2.4. + latest TV).

Can anybody reproduce this? It appears that it worked in the past and/or 
previous versions.
