[TYPO3-templavoila] No FCEs in the new content element wizard in TV 1.4.1?

I found some time to debug that and it appeared that the error was
purely on my side: the storage folder for TV elements was badly defined.
It was pointing to the wrong page. I've no idea why it was so, but I
suspect it was to test something at some point.

Sorry for the fuss. I don't know if that's the same problems that others
are facing, but I can only encourage you to check if your storage folder
is correctly defined.
