[TYPO3-templavoila] Bug: TV 1.4.1 Site-Wizard

Yes me too it's a fresh install from scratch, not an update from 4.2 ...

I also noticed that all content elements are invisible, located in 'non-used
contents' tab (but maybe this is a new feature of 4.3 and templavoila 1.4.1
?). Also i don't have the little + icon for creating page contents at all.
