[TYPO3-templavoila] Problem with the CE Wizzard in 1.4.1

Hello

Has someone else the problem with TV 1.4.1 that the New-CE-Wizzard does 
not appear?

If I click on the Icon for a new ce just a empty site appears.. no CE 
selecter.. If I clean the browser cache it works afterwards.
Strange

I made a downgrad to 1.3.7 .. with this version everything works fine!

Don't know why it's not working correctly under 1.4.1!?
