[TYPO3-templavoila] Access restrictions problem

Hi,

I just found that access restrictions are not really compatible with
TYPO3... You may restrict access to the editing of the page itself but
allow editing of content. However with TV, you need to access a page
record to allow add of a new content element, which is incompatible with
restrictions on editing of the page. This results in content element
being "not linked".

The same for deletion of content element. If a user may edit content of
a page but not the page itself, you get a CE record that is being
deleted (and it goes to not linked elements) but it does not disappear
from the page as the page record itself could not be updated.

Moreover, security in TYPO3 lacks a way to allow editing of existing
records without allowing to add new CE/remove existing ones. But that's
another story :-)
