I'd love to have this feature. E.g. i've a teaser-column and only the
teaser-FCEs should be used in this column. But some "creative" editors
often uses FCEs, which are not supposed for this col.

Also user/group-rights for FCEs would be great. Editor X should only add
(and see) FCE A and B but not C, editor Y can add A, B, and C.
