[TYPO3-templavoila] Wish list for TV

Hi,

as TV uses an own "New element wizard" it's not easy to synchronize to 
the one in core.
Best would be if the one in Core provides a hook for extra wizard items 
and TV uses this hook for adding FCEs.

In this hook also existing wizard items can be removed with internal 
rules, i think of the element-based restriction for content elements as 
an additional feature.
