[TYPO3-templavoila] editor cant delete Content Elements from "converted" Pages

Hi Every Body,
i have converted a page from the Classic Page module to the ne TV-Page  
Modul.
but now i have a problem that the editors are unable to delete (unlink)  
Content from
my old pages. the content was migrated with "functions->Reference Unused  
Elements"

on an newy created page with newly crated content the unlinking of content  
works fine.

the Access modul shows the same settings for the old page and the newly  
created ones.

what could it be? and how do i fix it?
