[TYPO3-templavoila] [typo3] RTE to plain input problem

hallo everybody
 
Everytime when I change a RTE field in FCE to a plain input area, it automatically add a tag <p class=...></p>. I have to delete the RTE element and add a new plain area then it works fine. But by this way the elements of the FCE are not in order. new element is alway at the bottom. Is it a bug? or can I modify the order of the element? Thanks very much.
