[TYPO3-templavoila] [TYPO3] the location of the template file

hallo everybody Who can tell me where is the location of the template which are parsed by templavolia. I modified the CSS file the page changed but when I modified the index.html which I chose as a template it doesn't work. Even I delete it, the template still work. Thanks very much.
