[TYPO3-templavoila] disable some icons for a special usergroup

Hi everyone,

 

i searched the whole day for a chance to disable some icons like cut,paste
and create reference of the tv page module. It should be for a special
usergroup. They should also just read and edit existing content elements in
default and their national language. For today I give up and hope that
someone here could help me...
