[TYPO3-templavoila] "Create new element" outside of container element box

I discovered that the quite popular extension nh_tvdragndrop caused this 
behaviour. Install it, and you get the extra icon. Uninstall it, and 
it's gone again.
I already contacted the author, so let's see what happens...
