[TYPO3-templavoila] Changing translation paradigm

Hi all,

I have one pretty old web site using TemplaVoilà. For lack of 
alternative at the time it was developed with the paradigm of separate 
structures for translations.

I know there's no automatic way of switching over the "inheritance of 
values" paradigm, but what would be the (manuel) steps to take (I need 
to try and assess the time needed)?
