[TYPO3-templavoila] weird problem with php 5.2.4

Hi, now after some testing, i've found, that only the symbolic link to
the index.php causes the problems. now with an index.php  file and
symbolic links to the sources, everything works fine.

Now I am absolutely not sure, if the whole thing has something to do
with templavoila.
