[TYPO3-templavoila] inherit contents from root or parent page

Hi all

I have create a "content element" in templavoila and now I want to 
inherit contents from root or parent page in subpages if there is no 
contents in this coulumn.

please tell me is this possible ?.
and if you can please tell how ?.
