[TYPO3-templavoila] TV / Templavoila + FCE , images = Performance Problem

Hey

On the site www.rollomatic.ch i'm putting a header image on every page using 
a FCE.

The site is kinda slow, since the header image, so it seems, is being loaded 
every time a page is called (no caching)

Is there a possibility to cache images (as in regular content elments, i.e. 
text / image) in a FCE with Templavoila.
