[TYPO3-templavoila] Prepending config.language to image src's in template

Hi,

Is there some smart way of prepending the config.language variable to 
all (or almost all) images sources in my templavoila templates?

E.g. <img src="en_foo.gif" ...>.

Best way of doing it I know of is replacing each image source with TS 
variable or constant or something like that.
