[TYPO3-templavoila] templa Voila & pdf_generator2

Hi,

I succeeded in setting up the pdf_generator2 together with the tv_pdfgen 
extension in my templa Voila Site. (tv 1.3, typo3 4.02/typo3 4.1) It 
works fine except for the FCE on my site. Normal content Elements and 
libs are rendered, but all my FCE elements are ignored. Any idea? I am 
pretty helpless at that moment.
