[TYPO3-templavoila] Fatal Error re Extension key "templavoila"

Hey all,

I am completely new to TYPO3, Templavoila and this newsgroup. Pls. let 
me know if ths is not the right place to look for help or, direct me to 
my problem's solution in case I just did not find it. Yet, I searched 
the bugtracker, the newsgroups, some forums, and google search -- so far 
to no avail...

Calling my sandbox site irregularly yields the following message instead 
of just displaying the site's contents:

"TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "templavoila" was NOT loaded! 
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)"

On reloading either the message remains the same or this one appears:

"Page is being generated.
If this message does not disappear within 30 seconds, please reload."

Reloading does not help, unfortunately. The only thing that seems to 
resolve the situation is logging in to TYPO3, go to TO/DS, save the 
records, clear all cached stuff and let the site show from within TYPO3 
anew.

The whole thing is really annoying, especially as I cannot identify any 
determinism behind this behaviour.

'Caught in the act' I just checked from within the EM that Templavoila 
is installed indeed.

Here some technical information re the install I am running:

TYPO3 4.1.1
Templavoila 1.3.1
Static Info Tables 2.0.3

kb_tv_clipboard,templavoila_cw,eu_tradvoila are _not_ installed.
