I just got similar results. BodyTag_cached is empty, which is like when 
checkbox near <body> is not checked. Unckecking it, pressing Set, 
checking and pressing Set restored FE. So this is a problem with 
generating or saving cached information.

Here cached information is not saved at all, which (I think) is ok for 
"Modify DS/TO".

Not yet, I think I know where to look. But you and Marc confirmed my
