[TYPO3-templavoila] TV wizard will not work

Yes, the fileadmin folder is writeable, I can upload without problems. I 
tried uploading with ftp to the templates folder and it did not go. So I 
removed it and created on my harddrive and uploaded it and then uploaded 
a file into it and that worked. But I still get the error.

now what?
