[TYPO3-templavoila] Sort fields in edit Element

Good Morning,

is it possible, to change sorting of the fields when i edit a FCE?

The normal sorting is:
Type
Header
DS
TO
Content
... and so on...


I would like to have this sorting (to optimize usability for editors):
Header
Content
Type
DS
TO
...



Is there something like it is for "Quckedit-Mode"'s  
tt_content.fieldOrder ?
